Is your trust ready to improve flu uptake by at least 5%?
The recently published NHS England Urgent and emergency care plan 2025/26 asks all trusts to have a fully developed plan for improving staff flu vaccination rates by at least 5 percentage points to help support resilience through the winter months.
Over 30 trusts have used VaccinationTrack to transform their staff flu and Covid vaccination campaign and all trusts that start using it have seen increases in the level of uptake amongst their staff.
It’s the only end-to-end system specifically designed to address all the challenges of NHS staff vaccination campaigns, combining staff list management, clinic management, vaccination invite and weekly reminders, staff booking, analytics and reporting into one simple cloud based system.
It also provides the tools to identify and address health inequalities for all underserved groups. This is a particular priority as set out in this year’s flu letter.
As well as increasing their uptake, trusts have eliminated paper-based processes, significantly reduced their admin and reporting time and vaccinated their staff quicker. And we are in the process of integrating directly with RAVS.
