Is your trust ready to improve flu uptake by at least 5%?
The recently published NHS England Urgent and emergency care plan 2025/26 highlights the importance of increasing staff flu vaccination rates to help support resilience through the winter months for both patients and staff.
It asks all trusts to have a fully developed plan for improving flu uptake by at least 5 percentage points with an accessible occupational health vaccination offer to staff throughout the entire flu campaign window, including onsite bookable and walk-in appointments.
